Who are we and what do we do?
About Me: Holding Space for Healing, One Soul at a Time
Hi, I’m Natosha McCarroll—but around here, most people just call me Tosha. I’m a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, a Certified Birth, Postpartum, and End-of-Life Doula, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). But those titles only scratch the surface of what I do and why I do it.
I’m here to be a light for those navigating some of life’s most sacred, sensitive, and transformative moments.
My journey into the healing world didn’t follow a straight path. Like many of us, I’ve tried on different roles—Certified Nursing Assistant, Criminal Justice graduate—but none of them felt quite like home. I was always drawn to care, to nurture, and to advocate. And in each chapter of my life, I found myself holding space for others—comforting loved ones, guiding new parents, and offering peace when it mattered most.
Eventually, I stopped searching outside myself and started listening within. That’s when I found my calling in the healing arts.
Healing Is My Ministry
Whether I’m supporting someone through the beauty and unpredictability of birth, guiding families through the sacred transition of death, or channeling energy to help a body, mind, or spirit come back into alignment through Reiki—my mission is simple: to serve, to hold space, and to heal.
I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure. I also know how powerful it is to have someone in your corner who truly sees you. My work is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and the unwavering belief that healing is not a luxury—it’s a birthright, especially for our Black and Brown communities who have carried so much for so long.
A Safe Space for You—and Your Village
When I say “I serve the village,” I mean it.
I’ve been growing luffas and tending my garden for the last three years—not just to create natural, nourishing products for the body, but to sow seeds of healing in my community. My dream is to turn my homegrown veggie patch into a full Village Garden—a space where children can touch the earth, taste fresh food, and learn in a safe, welcoming environment, free from judgment.
I believe food is a love language, and so is care. That belief pours into everything I do—from prenatal nutrition support to postpartum nourishment, to creating products that are as kind to the skin as they are to the soul.
You Deserve to Be Cared For
Whether you’re looking for emotional support through your pregnancy, need energy balancing through Reiki, or want someone grounded and spiritual to walk beside you through loss—I’m here. Fully present. No judgment. Just love, wisdom, and real, intentional care.
When you book with me, you’re not just booking a service—you’re investing in a relationship. One where your voice matters, your needs come first, and your journey is honored every step of the way.
Let’s Heal—Together
This isn’t just my job. It’s my heart work.
So, if you’ve been searching for someone who will listen without rushing you, support you without judgment, and walk with you in love—whether through Reiki, childbirth, postpartum healing, or end-of-life care—you’ve found her.
Let’s connect. Let’s breathe. Let’s heal.
With warmth and gratitude,
Natosha McCarroll
